Academics:
all should have selected 6 samples of their best student work (6 subjects: History, English, Math, Science, Language, and, of course, Technology).
Keep in mind that you should include work from previous years. This will help to reveal your growth as a student. If you have done so, all you need to do is select your best work from the remaining 3 subjects and write responses. If not, come see me.
1 completed project for each subject (you must answer the following questions on each piece)
1. What exactly were you asked to do for this assignment? Describe the assignment, and explain which grade level you completed it in.
2. Why do you think this is your best work in this subject?
3. In which of your subjects did you improve the most? Explain why you think that was the case! (Only need to answer once).

It is crucial that you tally up the hours, and check to see if you received any documentation from those who facilitated your community service learning hours.
If not, it is extra important to complete the following:

o When, specifically, did I complete these hours?
o Where did it take place?

o INCLUDE WHETHER OR NOT YOU HAVE LETTERS OF DOCUMENTATION FROM THESE INDIVIDUALS. IF NOT, WE NEED TO CONTACT THEM AND ASK FOR LETTERS.
ALL STUDENTS NEED OFFICIAL DOCUMENTATION OF THEIR COMMUNITY SERVICE LEARNING HOURS, IN ORDER TO CHECK THIS OFF THEIR LIST.
WE NEED TO FIND OUT NOW, SO THAT THERE IS TIME TO COMPLETE 100 HRS FOR THOSE SENIORS WHO HAVEN’T

Academic:

Intellectual:
